At 9games, every bet counts. Our VIP Program was built to genuinely reward you: growing cashback, priority withdrawals, a personal manager, and bonuses every month. The more you play, the more you earn — simple as that.
I Want to Join VIP
9games believes loyalty deserves real rewards. The 9games VIP Program is a five-tier system built to recognize every BRL wagered and turn it into tangible benefits: higher cashback, better withdrawal terms, larger monthly bonuses, and access to features most players never see.
Unlike other programs that look good on paper but deliver little, 9games' VIP works automatically. You just play as usual — football, slots, crash games, live casino or e-sports — and points accumulate with every bet. Those points determine your level and unlock the corresponding benefits, no red tape required.
The program starts at Bronze, an entry-level tier open to any registered 9games player, and goes all the way up to Diamond, reserved for the platform's most active members. At each step up, you unlock higher weekly cashback, expanded withdrawal limits, extra free spins, and monthly bonuses credited directly to your account. At the top of the pyramid, Diamond players enjoy a personal account manager, 24-hour instant withdrawals, and invitations to exclusive 9games events.
Let's be clear: at 9games there's nothing hidden in the fine print. The program rules are transparent, points are calculated fairly, and benefits are delivered on time as promised. You can track your progress in real time right from your account dashboard.
Each tier unlocks greater benefits. See what awaits you at every level.
Moving up the ranks at 9games is straightforward and hassle-free
| Category | Points per R$ 10.00 wagered | Earnings example |
|---|---|---|
| Sports Betting – Football | 1.0 point | R$ 100.00 wagered = 10 pts |
| Slots & Crash Games | 1.5 points | R$ 100.00 wagered = 15 pts |
| Live Casino | 1.2 points | R$ 100.00 wagered = 12 pts |
| E-sports | 1.0 point | R$ 100.00 wagered = 10 pts |
| Blackjack & Poker | 0.8 point | R$ 100.00 wagered = 8 pts |
Points are calculated on the amount wagered, regardless of the outcome. Special promotions may temporarily multiply your points accumulation.
More than a title — benefits you actually feel
Many platforms promise a loyalty program, but in practice the rewards are hard to redeem, full of hidden conditions, and take forever to show up in your account. At 9games, we built the VIP Program from the ground up with the Brazilian player in mind — straightforward, transparent, and built to work.
One of the things we hear most from 9games VIP members is about the cashback. Here, cashback is calculated on your total betting volume for the entire week and credited automatically every Sunday. There's no short expiration window, no absurd rollover requirement, and you can withdraw via Pix right away. That's a far cry from other platforms, where cashback often comes with so many restrictions that it's practically worthless.
Another standout feature is withdrawal speed for VIP members. In the Brazilian market, Pix has become the standard — but not every site has the infrastructure to process it in seconds. 9games has invested in payment processing technology specifically so that Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members never wait more than an hour for a withdrawal, no matter the time of day.
On top of that, the 9games VIP Program covers every category on the platform. Whether you prefer betting on the Brasileirão Série A, the Copa do Brasil, e-sports, slots, or Live Casino — it all counts toward your tier. That gives you tremendous flexibility to mix up your games without losing points.
9games also cares about the human side of the program. Platinum and Diamond members have access to a personal account manager — a real person who speaks Portuguese, knows your history, and can negotiate special terms. It's the difference between being just another user and being treated like a valued client.
From members already enjoying the program's benefits
"I reached Gold level last month and the difference is huge. My withdrawal came through in under 30 minutes on a Sunday night — something that never happened on any other site I've used. The 8% cashback dropped exactly every Sunday, just like promised."
"I've been Diamond for three months and what I love most is having my own personal account manager. She lets me know when there's a promotion that fits my play style, negotiates special withdrawal terms, and replies quickly on WhatsApp. That's priceless."
"I started at Bronze and within two months I was already at Silver. The weekly free spins seem like a small perk but they really add up — I've won R$ 340.00 just from the extra spins. The R$ 50.00 monthly bonus landed in my account right on time."
